It was a great month for real estate in these highly sought after areas both in terms of the number of homes that sold as well the prices that they sold for.
The average “list” price was an impressive $1,069,000 and the average sales price was $1,090,000 meaning that homes sold above the list price. Those are great numbers.
Of the 6 homes that sold in November 2 were in the gated community of Three Sixty and one was in Fusion South Bay.
The 360 homes included 13032 Union #401 which was a one bedroom flats condo that sold at $840,000 and the second was a 2 bedroom townhome at 12824 City #105 that sold at $960,000.
The Fusion South Bay townhome sale was a 3 bedroom J floorplan at 5403 149th Place #6 that sold for a record sales price of $1,190,000.
