August was a big month for home sales and home prices in Hollyglen. There were 17 home sales during the month which was impressive. The home prices were even more impressive. The median “list” price was $869,000 with the median “sold” price at $875,000 meaning that the homes generally sold higher than the asking price. The average price per foot was $562 and average days on market was only 24 and the median days on market was an extremely short 9.

Of the homes that sold only 1 was in Fusion South Bay while 6 of the sales were located in the extemely hot real estate market of 360 South Bay.
