It was a great month for real estate in these highly sought after areas both in terms of the number of homes that sold as well the prices that they sold for. Since the first time in a long time all of the homes that sold were single family and there were no condo or townhomes sold in August.
The average “list” price was an impressive $1,107,286 and the average sales price was $1,187,857 meaning that homes sold above the list price. Those are HUGE numbers
