It was a great month for real estateHollyglen homes for sale in Hawthorne in these highly sought after areas both in terms of the number of homes that sold as well the prices that they sold for. Since the first time in a long time all of the homes that sold were single family and there were no condo or townhomes sold in August.

The average “list” price was an impressive $1,107,286 and the average sales price was $1,187,857 meaning that homes sold above the list price. Those are HUGE numbers

The condo just recently hit the market but had a quick price reduction and is now priced at $875,000.  The photographs don’t really do it much justice, but #301 is a nicely appointed condo with hardwood floors, granite counters and more.  This is one of the smaller plan 3 two bedroom condos in Three Sixty but it offers a great layout and plenty of space.  The last condos to sell with the same floorplan sold just about a year ago for $977,000 and $955,000  so a price of $875,000 is pretty compelling.
