Welcome to the real estate recap for November 2024 for the neighborhoods of Hollyglen, Del Aire and parts of Wiseburn in Hawthorne CA. It was a great month for real estate in these highly sought after areas both in terms of the number of homes that sold as well the prices that they sold for.  There were 4 on market home sales during the month which was a big drop from the 10 sales in October. The average “list” price was $1,074,225 and the average sales price was $1,072,500 which was a decline from  $1,115,400 in October. Of the 4 homes that sold in October, 1 was in the gated community of Fusion South Bay and 1 sale in the community of Three Sixty South Bay. $806 was the average price per square foot and homes averaged  37 days on market before going into escrow. Welcome to the real estate recap for October 2024 for the neighborhoods of Hollyglen, Del Aire and parts of Wiseburn in Hawthorne CA.

It was a great month for real estate in these highly sought after areas both in terms of the number of homes that sold as well the prices that they sold for.  There were 10 on market home sales during the month.

The average “list” price was $1,114,470 and the average sales price was $1,115,400 meaning that homes generally sold right at full price.

Of the 10 homes that sold in October, 1 was in the gated community of Fusion South Bay and three were in the community of Three Sixty South Bay.

$753 was the average price per square foot and homes averaged  49 days on market before going into escrow.

It was a great month for real estate in these highly sought after areas both in terms of the number of homes that sold as well the prices that they sold for.  There were 7 on market home sales during the month. The average “list” price was $1,057,571 and the average sales price was $1,057,857 meaning that homes generally sold right at full price. Of the 7 homes that sold in August, 1 was in the gated community of Fusion South Bay.  There were no sales in the community of Three Sixty. $869 was the average price per square foot and homes averaged a pretty incredible 9 days on market before going into escrow.
