Take a look at the homes that sold in the coastal community of Manhattan Beach during the first month of 2021.  It was a pretty solid, although slower, month especially given that December is often a down month for homes going into escrow.  There were only  9 property sales in Hollyglen & Del Aire during January.  The median “asking” price was $850,000 with the median “sales” price at $865,000 indicating a very solid “seller’s” market. The median price per foot of the homes that sold was $703. Two of the 9 homes were in the gated community of 360 South Bay and one was in Fusion South Bay.

What a year it was  in the Hollyglen real estate market with an  amazing 25 homes selling  over  $1.0M!

The highest priced home sale of the year was a cul-de-sac home located at 13707  Rossburn.  It  was a beautifully remodeled single family home located in the neighborhood of Hollyglen. The home was listed at $1,399,000 and sold well over list price at a fairly amazing $1,500,000.  Not bad for a home sale in Hawthorne CA. It offered 4 bedrooms, 3 baths, over 2,400 square feet on a oversized 9,642 foot lot. It went pending after 8 days on the market. Hollyglen has been an incredibly hot market for the last few years and demand for homes in the Wiseburn School District has been a driving factor.
