Hollyglen and Del Aire Home Sales and Prices in February
After some sleepy months for home sales in the gated community of Three Sixty South Bay, things took off in January and February. There were 7 homes sold in the Hawthorne neighborhoods of Hollyglen and Del Aire in February and 3 of them were in Three Sixty.
The average “asking” price for the 7 homes was $1,050,557 with an average sold price of $1,070,571.
Of the 3 homes that sold in 360, one was a top floor single level condo at 12920 Central Unit #401 that had been on the market for a hard to believe 343 days before going into escrow and selling at $775,000. Another was a very different story as 5419 Strand #105 sold for over list price and went into escrow after only 5 days on the market. The third sale was a fairly similar 2 bedroom townhome in the row at 5355 Strand #103 that sold for $1045,000 after 12 days on the market.
