Another week…..another record sale in the gated community of Three Sixty South Bay. 5440 Strand #401 was a 2 bedroom top floor condo in The Flats. It was priced at $950,000 which was about right for a 4th floor unit with a larger floorplan and it ust closed at $1,030,000. This is the first single level condo that we’re aware of topping the $1.0M mark.
This rare floorplan offered 2 bedrooms, 2 baths and over 1,500 square feet with a very open floorplan. The top floor location means nobody above and nice city views and larger than normal balcony. This home had particularly nice city and community views and top floor condos are always highly sought after.
