New “D” Floorplan in Fusion Hits the Market
The latest listing to hit the market in the Fusion South Bay complex is a 2 bed, 2 bath “D” layout hitting the market at $859,000. It’s a very nice unit but this is going to be a real test for the market with the last two D floorplans recently selling for $815,000 and $817,500. This layout is fairly popular as it has a nice sized kitchen, a bright and open living room and both bedrooms are on the same level. The biggest challenge to this layout is that the “guest” bathroom is off of the stairs up to the bedrooms so it’s not actually on either the living room or bedroom level. It is a bit odd to walk half way up the steps to a full bath but certainly hasn’t slowed the demand for this layout in the past. As with all Fusion South Bay homes this one has air conditioning and is in the award winning Wiseburn School District.
