Welcome to the real estate market recap for August 2025 for the neighborhoods of Hollyglen, Del Aire and parts of Wiseburn in Hawthorne CA.

It was a fairly typical month with 6 homes closing escrow which which is fairly typical.

The average “list” price was $1,210,667 and the average sales price was $1,200,017.  Homes sold for about 98.4% of the list price.

August saw no home sales in the gated community of Fusion South Bay or in the gated community of Three Sixty South Bay.

$788 was the average price per square foot and homes averaged   56 days on market before going into escrow.
