Welcome to the real estate recap for April 2025 for the neighborhoods of Hollyglen, Del Aire and parts of Wiseburn in Hawthorne CA.
It was a fairly typical month with 5 homes closing escrow which which is slightly below the norm. March also saw 5 home sales.
The average “list” price was $1,057,400 and the average sales price was $1,063,920 which was a drop from March’s average of $1,144,600. As homes generally sold above list price it’s clearly still a “sellers” market.
$787 was the average price per square foot and homes averaged a very brief 18 days on market before going into escrow. The median was only 8 days on the market!
