It was another huge month for home sales in the Hawthorne CA communities of Hollyglen and Del Aire. See how it compares with other months on our Hollyglen real estate trends page. 2 of the homes that sold were in the gated community of Fusion South Bay while another 2 were in Three Sixty South Bay.
There were 15 on market home sales which is a very impressive month. The average list price was $988,667 with the average sold price at $1,031,133 meaning homes generally sold well over list price. Homes averaged only 8 days on market before going into escrow.

It’s not really much of a surprise these days but the top home sale of the month in Hollyglen
