This is the highest price home sale on record in Hawthorne!

It was another great month in the Hawthorne neighborhoods of Hollyglen and Del Aire both in terms of the number of homes that closed escrow as well as the prices.  November 2021 saw an impressive 10 on market home, condo and townhome sales closing during the month..  The average “list” price of the homes that closed escrow during the month was $993,200 with the average “sold” price at $1,013,800 meaning that homes generally sold well higher than the asking price.   Homes averaged a brief 22 days on the market before going into escrow with a median DOM of only 10 days.  Average price per foot was $650.
