There definitely hasn’t been much to talk about in Fusion South Bay. Other than a brief uptick in the market in the middle of summer there’s been almost nothing for sale in the gated communityl

July was a good month for home sales and home prices in Hollyglen and Del Aire in Hawthorne CA.
The average “list” price was an impressive $1,084,843 and the average sales price was almost $1.1M meaning that homes sold above the list price.

2 of the homes that sold were in Three Sixty South Bay. One was a larger 3 bedroom townhome in The Row at 5441 Ocean #101 that sold at $1,300,000 and the other was a larger 2 bedroom top floor condo at 12920 Central #404 in the Flats that sold for $1,025,000.

Located in the gated community of Three Sixty in Hollyglen, Hawthorne, #301 is a 2 bedroom single level condo we think is worth looking at. It’s listed by George Poptiss of Poptsis Realty.
The condo just recently hit the market but had a quick price reduction and is now priced at $875,000. The photographs don’t really do it much justice, but #301 is a nicely appointed condo with hardwood floors, granite counters and more. This is one of the smaller plan 3 two bedroom condos in Three Sixty but it offers a great layout and plenty of space. The last condos to sell with the same floorplan sold just about a year ago for $977,000 and $955,000 so a price of $875,000 is pretty compelling.
