May was another solid month for home sales in Hollyglen and Del Aire in the South Bay city of Hawthorne CA. Take a look at the homes that sold in the Hollyglen and Del Aire neighborhoods of Hawthorne CA during May 2022. These are the neighborhoods generally served with the Wiseburn School District. There were 10 closed sales during the month compared with 13 in April.
The average “asking” price was $1,054,490 with a median “sold” price of $1,145,200 meaning that most homes sold WAY above the asking price. The median price per foot was $845.
